Fulmer Legal is a boutique commercial law firm based in Western Australia focused on giving its clients practical legal advice. It is not a black letter law firm.

Vaughan Fulmer its director has significant experience in the resources sector having worked in both global firms in Australia and Indonesia as well as in-house legal and commercial roles for some of the largest global resources and green energy companies including: Norilsk Nickel, BHP, Rio Tinto. and Fortescue Future Industries

In addition through his pro-bono work in the Not for Profit sector Vaughan has gained significant experience in the mass participation event and sporting areas. The firm is pleased to advise that it has been selected on the AOC Pro Bono Referral List for the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Prior to completing his legal training Vaughan spent over a decade working in the resources sector as a safety and health professional in various regions of Australia.

Some of Vaughan’s key achievements have included:

• the divestment of Norilsk Nickel Australia’s Operation and Exploration Assets in Australia;

• the divestment of a large Australia royalty portfolio to a foreign purchaser;

• Sponsorship and Event Agreements for the largest cycling event in Western Australia; and

• Management of all facets of tenements and mineral exploration both in Australia and Indonesia.
