our approach

Fulmer Legal has a flexible approach to its fee structures, to create the best fit for the companies we serve.

Fees can be an hourly rate that is substantially less than the rate charged even by smaller law firms. And we are always happy to supply hard estimates for specific projects, allowing you to budget and plan appropriately.

For clients who wish to have a day rate with a dedicated service up to 2 days/week to the client, we often agree on a negotiated weekly or monthly rate. Generally, if translated into an hourly rate, the negotiated rates are less than one-third of the rates charged by traditional law firms for comparable levels of expertise. And at two days per week, our rates are one-third to one-half of the cost of hiring a full-time general counsel.

We don’t charge for regular photocopies, domestic phone calls or other incidental expenses. We expect to get paid for our legal expertise, not for our ordinary costs of doing business.
